Dr. Rebecca Griffin
Dr. Griffin graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Upon graduation, she completed a one-year rotating small animal internship at Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, MD. She joined Dr. John Wilson’s group of clinics in 2004, spending most of her time in practice between Wilson Veterinary Hospital and the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights. Dr. Griffin now practices solely at the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights, since May 2025 she has taken on a new role, along with Dr. Jeremy Krieger, as owner!
In addition to general medicine, she has an interest in ultrasonography and internal medicine. She also loves to care for geriatric patients, helping them live their best golden years.
Outside the clinic her time is mainly spent helping her two amazing kids grow and thrive. Dr. Griffin has been happily married since 2008. Her furry family is made up of a Portuguese Water Dog (Minnow), a Cavapoo (Charlie), a geriactric cat (Cello), and two Gerbils (Puck and Coco).

Dr. Jeremy Krieger DVM
Dr. Krieger graduated in May 2006 from Michigan State University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. His professional interests are emergency medicine, large breed dogs, soft tissue surgery, and neurology.

Dr. John Wilson Diplomate ABVP
Dr. Wilson attended Michigan State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Reproductive Physiology and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. In 1990, Dr. Wilson opened his own practice and has been serving the community with dedication and compassion ever since. In 1992, Dr. Wilson became board certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) and has received recertifications in 1999, 2009 and 2019.
His professional interests and specialties include reproductive services, orthopedic care, ear, eye, nose, and throat surgery. Dr. Wilson is a proud recipient of Michigan State University’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2025. He remains actively involved in the veterinary community through professional association with Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association and Michigan Veterinary Medical Association
Outside of work, Dr. Wilson is married with four children and shares his home with two beloved pets, a Labrador retriever (Millie) and a cat (Scout) His commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine and genuine love for animals continue to make him a trusted provider for both clients and their pets.

Dr. Jamie Joswick DVM
Dr. Joswick attended Michigan State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 2006 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2010.
Her professional interests include behavioral modification, internal medicine, and abdominal ultrasound.
Dr. Joswick’s furry family include her Australian Shepherd mixed breed dogs, Jasmine and Sprocket; and her cat, Picasso (aka Paczki).
In her free time, Dr. Joswick enjoys outdoor activities, camping, art and photography.

Dr. John Krieger DVM
Dr. John Krieger, II graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Michigan State University in 2002. He worked full-time post graduation in small animal emergency medicine until 2009. He then worked full-time in general and emergency medicine and has continued on to work in emergency medicine. Dr. Krieger is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
His special interests include surgery (both soft tissue and orthopedics) and reproductive medicine.
His hobbies include anything related to playing or watching golf… or actually everything sport related, particularly football. He completed a half Iron Man in April 2018 and continues to train for more!
